From our pupils past and present, to the schools with whom we work closely, children, parents and schools alike are all delighted with our teaching methods and our positive approach to learning. We are always more than happy to supply references and below are just a very small sample of the many positive comments about us.
"At aged 7 I was diagnosed with moderate to severe dyslexia, and then I started at the HDC, where I remained until 1998. I went onto get my Bachelors in Mechatronics and Masters in Robotics and Automation and a brilliant job as a Research and Design Engineer in surgical robotics. I owe them more than words can say!!"

"I have had lessons for 4 years now and I am now taking my GCSE’s – from not being able to read back my own writing I now read and comment on articles from the Times, who would have believed it! "

"Hampstead Parochial CE School has been working in close partnership with the Hampstead Dyslexia Clinic since 2007. In our view they provide an invaluable service; screening our pupils for dyslexia and other learning difficulties, advising our teachers to help our classrooms become more 'dyslexia friendly', and teaching small group and one to one literacy classes to a very high standard indeed!"

"Thank you so much for the INSET training today. The staff were rejuvenated and excited about taking ideas and strategies into the classroom and expressed an increased understanding of what dyslexia is and how this manifests itself - there was a lot of "ohhhhh!, so that’s why they have problems with that/can't do that!" - which is great.
Many of my TAs have already begun thinking about the intervention programmes they run and how they can adapt them to meet the needs of their children in these groups.
The staff particularly enjoyed how the session was delivered and said that they wished their OWN lessons in their education had been such fun! You were all complimented very much on your warmth, enthusiasm and genuine interest".
We look forward to continuing working with you and seeing you soon.

"Our daughter Ellie was diagnosed with dyslexia in year 2. We had seen Delia on T.V talking about dyslexia and the centre she was running. We contacted her immediately and haven't looked back. In the early days Delia was a calm and supportive expert in her field and made Ellie and our family at ease. She quite frankly was our rock and without her help and support I 'm not sure what we would have done. Delia was not just Ellie's teacher she was our family friend.
Ellie saw Delia and Seth for 2 years for literacy and maths and they have both contributed to Ellie learning so many simple strategies to help her with her dyslexia. Ellie's confidence grew immediately and she no longer worries about the things she struggles with. She sees herself as someone who can achieve anything and this is due to the constant support both Delia and Seth have given her. We have no doubt that Ellie will go on to great things what ever they may be and she wants to keep Delia and Seth informed of her achievements and make them proud. I
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hampstead Dyslexia Clinic to anyone who needs a happy environment in which to flourish."
